ConsultingStrategy without conviction is just noise. Let's build something that actually holds.
I bring theological depth and creative strategy together for leaders and organizations who want their work to mean something. Not just perform well.
I’m Lanie Beth! As a Bible teacher I refuse to choose between depth and clarity.
That's the whole point.
For most of my life, I lived adjacent to my God-given calling instead of fully inside it. Not because I lacked clarity. I've always had an unusual amount of that. It was fear. Other people's perceptions. A quiet question I couldn't shake: am I enough? Then I'd step onto a platform to teach, and every question disappeared. My body knew. My mind lit up. It wasn't aspiration. It was alignment. At 40, I stopped believing the lie that I was late to my own life. I stopped asking for permission and started moving like my calling was real. Because it is real. And so is yours.

CONSULTING
For Individual Leaders
Who it's for: Leaders and executives who sense the gap between what they do and what they actually believe — and are ready to close it. Desired outcome: The kind of clarity that survives a hard meeting, not just a good journaling session.
Timeline: 3+ weeks
For Organizations
Who it's for: Companies and teams who want more than a strategy deck — they want a culture built on something real. Desired outcome: I take everything you're juggling and synthesize it into something clear, strategic, and unmistakably yours. Timeline: 6+ weeks
Brand Consult
Who it's for: Brands who don't need an ongoing partnership — just outside eyes and clear direction for a single high-stakes moment: a launch, a campaign, an event. Desired outcome: Walk away with clear direction and language that turns a vague idea into a plan you can move on immediately.
Let’s Connect
Hey there. Every great partnership starts with a conversation, not a contract. Grab a spot on my calendar and let's hop on Zoom. I'll be there with a cup of coffee strong enough to file its own tax return. No pitch, no pressure — just two people figuring out if this is a fit.
"Someday" isn't a strategy.
he clarity you're looking for doesn't show up by waiting. Let's get started.
