Monthly Archives: July 2010 Summer evenings at our house include dinner, sometimes a walk and of course some cuddle time with Dad. He doesn’t seem to mind! Of course Rowan enjoys herself immensely. That’s what we tell ourselves at least! Those sweet little hands get me every time! Mama Laine came by to bring us some hairbows she made....  Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. (Eph. 3:20-21) This sweet little family of mine...  For the first bath, I must admit that mommy cried almost as Rowie did! She was only about 3 days old and I was so worried about the whole process! But we got out the towels and made sure the water was the right temperature. It was a sponge bath you know. And of course,...  Whew. We have been very tired around here. Someone has been waking up alot at night. And someone likes to be held much more than she does sleeping in her own bed. And someone sleeps so hard on her mom and dad. Definitely someone’s favorite place to sleep. And someone has been trying to ‘talk’ to...  We got to leave the hospital the day after she was born and I was more than ready to be home! Something so comforting about your own surroundings, ya know? Rowan’s going home outfit was a bit non-traditional b/c it wasn’t a dress. But it was a super soft cable knit cardigan and pants. I... |
